🕒How long should I steep my tea?
Each tea has its own infusion time to fully reveal its aromas:
- Green tea: 2 to 3 minutes at 75-80°C
- Black tea: 3 to 5 minutes at 90-95°C
- White tea: 4 to 5 minutes at 75-80°C
- Infusions: 5 to 7 minutes at 95°C
💡 Tip: don't exceed the recommended times to avoid bitterness.
