Why 94 Celcius?
At 94 Celcius, we believe that specialty coffee should be both accessible and profoundly surprising.
Founded by a researcher with a background in biochemistry and pharmacology, and a board member of the Coffee Collective (2024-2026), our workshop in Sainte-Julie (Greater Montreal) imbues roasting with a unique analytical rigor.
Since 2017, we have mastered thermal processes on our Probat to honor the work of exceptional producers. Our catalog evolves with the seasons, ranging from classic and comforting profiles to the most avant-garde fermented coffees (anaerobic, thermal shock, co-fermentation...) on the global scene.
This fusion of technical precision and sensory curiosity allows us to sculpt expressive, vibrant, and memorable aromatic profiles. Today, our vision of a fair, lively, and never bitter coffee is shared and served in over 250 points of sale (cafes, grocery stores, boutiques...) across Canada and internationally.
