What is a specialty coffee?
A specialty coffee is a high quality coffee, grown under optimal conditions, hand-harvested and rated above 80 points out of 100 according to SCA standards. It is distinguished by its traceability, clear tasting notes and precise roasting.
Where do your coffees come from?
Our coffees come from renowned terroirs such as Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil, Guatemala and more. Each coffee is traceable to the farm or cooperative, thanks to transparent partnerships with committed importers.
How do you roast your coffees?
All our coffees are roasted in Montreal in small batches. We adapt the roasting curve to each origin to bring out the natural aromas of the bean, according to its density, processing and desired profile.
Your coffees available as beans or ground?
You can choose between coffee beans (ideal for home grinders) or ground coffee, depending on your brewing method (filter, espresso, French press, etc.). The option is available on each product sheet.
Which coffee do you recommend for an espresso?
We offer specialty coffees designed forespressowith richer profiles and a good sugar/acidity balance. You can filter by "espresso" in our store or consult the notes on each product sheet.
