94 Celcius is Coming to Ottawa for Coffee Right YOW
On Saturday, September 12, 2026, 94 Celcius will be at Parkdale Market in Ottawa to participate in Coffee Right YOW, the new specialty coffee festival in Canada's capital.
From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., come meet our team, taste rare coffees, and get a sneak peek at our new visual identity. We will be featuring a natural Gesha from Colombian producer Marlon Bolaños, some particularly expressive co-fermented coffees, our new bags, and our brand-new cups.

A Specialty Coffee Festival in the Heart of Ottawa
Coffee Right YOW will bring together 25 roasters and tea houses from Ontario, Quebec, and elsewhere in Canada. The festival will take place at the Parkdale Public Market, a historic venue located at 366 Parkdale Avenue, Ottawa.
Designed for both enthusiasts and those curious to discover specialty coffee, the event will allow visitors to meet roasters directly, taste their coffees, and leave with their favorite beans and products.
In addition to tastings, Coffee Right YOW will host the Ottawa regional qualifiers of the Canadian AeroPress Championship. The competition will be held on the market stage from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
94 Celcius is proud to support this first edition as a Friend of Coffee Right YOW and to contribute to the development of a more curious, accessible, and human coffee culture in Canada.
What 94 Celcius Will Bring to Ottawa
For our first presence at Coffee Right YOW, we wanted to offer more than just a selection of coffees. Our booth will provide a glimpse into the next evolution of 94 Celcius, both in the cup and in our visual universe.
A Natural Gesha from Marlon Bolaños
Among the coffees served, visitors will have the exclusive opportunity to discover a natural Gesha produced by Marlon Bolaños in Colombia.
The Gesha variety is sought after for its great aromatic complexity, its finesse, and its often floral and fruity profiles. The natural process, during which the bean dries inside the fruit, can enhance its sweetness and result in a fuller, more expressive cup.
This microlot perfectly reflects what we look for in our selection of exceptional coffees: a remarkable variety, meticulous work at the origin, and an experience that remains memorable long after the last sip.
Our New Bags Unveiled in Ottawa
Coffee Right YOW will also be one of the first opportunities to discover the new branding for 94 Celcius bags.
This new identity retains the energy and curiosity that define our roasting house, while making each coffee series easier to recognize. The new colors, label structure, and our motto "Never bitter. Always just." have been redesigned to better reflect our approach to roasting.
This will be a tangible first look at the next chapter of 94 Celcius.
New Cups Exclusively
Our brand-new cups will also be offered exclusively at our booth. They have been designed to extend the 94 Celcius experience beyond coffee and accompany both daily tastings and more contemplative filter methods.
Quantities available during the festival will be limited.
Some Funky Co-Fermented Coffees
We also plan to bring a selection of our co-fermented coffees.
These coffees are developed with producers who experiment with controlled fermentations to create particularly fruity and distinctive profiles. Strawberry, raspberry, citrus, or tropical fruits: expect expressive, gourmet, and sometimes completely unexpected cups.
The final selection will be unveiled closer to the festival.
From Montreal to Ottawa: The Same Curiosity for Coffee
94 Celcius is a specialty coffee roaster founded in 2017 in Sainte-Julie, in Greater Montreal. We work with producers and partners who share our desire to explore coffee with rigor, transparency, and curiosity.
Participating in Coffee Right YOW allows us to meet the Ottawa coffee community and introduce our approach to more enthusiasts in Ontario. It's also an opportunity to build connections between two Canadian specialty coffee scenes that have much to share.
