Matcha is a Japanese green tea ground into a fine powder. Unlike brewed teas, you consume the whole leaf, making it rich in antioxidants, natural caffeine, and L-theanine, a molecule that promotes calm and focus.

🥛 Simple Matcha Latte Recipe
Place 1 to 2 g (about 1/2 tsp) of Matcha in a bowl.
Add 60 ml of hot water (between 70 and 80°C).
Whisk in a zigzag or “M” motion until a nice foam appears.
Pour in 200 ml of hot milk (dairy or plant-based) and sweeten to taste.

📦How do I store my Matcha or tea?
Store them in a cool, dry place away from light . For Matcha, close the container tightly after each use and consume it within 2 to 3 months of opening to fully enjoy its freshness.
