How to make a Matcha latte at home?

Simple Matcha Latte Recipe

Place 1 to 2 g (about 1/2 tsp) of Matcha in a bowl.

Add 60 ml of hot water (between 70 and 80°C).

Whisk in a zigzag or “M” motion until a nice foam appears.

Pour in 200 ml of hot milk (dairy or plant-based) and sweeten to taste.

Tip: For best results, use a bamboo whisk (chasen).

How should I store my Matcha or tea?

Store them in a cool, dry place away from light . For Matcha, close the container tightly after each use and consume it within 2 to 3 months of opening to fully enjoy its freshness.
