Boris long iced coffee
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a glass with crushed ice.
Hibiscus syrup :
Ingredients:
- 1L water
- 5g allspice
- ½ vanilla pod
- 500g sugar
- 2 tablespoons dried hibiscus
Recipe:
- Bring water to a boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Add all remaining ingredients.
- Allow to cool.
- Strain syrup.
Keeps for up to a week in the fridge. Can be frozen.
Cold brew from C'est la fête!:
- 1 cup coarsely ground coffee
- 1L water
Leave the coffee to infuse in the water, using a plunger coffee maker, in the fridge overnight or for 12 hours.
