Lucia Mamani, originally from the Yungas, is a true pioneer in the coffee industry. Thanks to her dedication and expertise, she has succeeded in making her farm an example of sustainability and superior quality. She works in harmony with nature, using environmentally-friendly cultivation methods, while preserving family traditions handed down for generations.

We are delighted to present "Prunelino", a coffee processed using the honey process. This process leaves part of the fruit pulp on the bean during drying, giving the coffee its sweet, complex notes. Prunelino reveals bewitching aromas of plum, hazelnut and caramel, with a subtle sweetness that lingers on the palate.

This coffee, both filter and espresso, is a true celebration of Lucia Mamani's skill and passion. Each cup tells the story of her farm and her commitment to producing exceptional coffees. For espresso we recommend:
