Suggested preparation

Whisk powder
Sift 2 tsp hojicha into a bowl.
Add 60 ml hot water at 75°C and whisk until smooth and slightly frothy.
(For a more intense version: 2.5 g hojicha to 28 g water, thick texture and concentrated flavor.) -
Frothing milk
Heat 2/3 cup of your favorite milk to a creamy micro-foam. -
Assemble and enjoy
Slowly pour the milk over the whipped hojicha.
Sweeten to taste and enjoy.
