Grown at 2,000 meters above sea level in the mountains of Antioquia near Urrao, this washed coffee seduces with its balance of floral sweetness, citrus freshness, and luminous acidity. A family story driven by passion

Arnulfo Caro's journey is one of true rebirth. After working for years in the mines, he chose to dedicate his life to coffee cultivation in the Colombian mountains. Alongside his partner Martha Cartagena, who is responsible for all fermentation steps, he now produces coffees that highlight both the terroir and the family's expertise.

A refined double fermentation

The personality of Summer Moon is born from a particularly slow double fermentation process. The cherries first ferment for four days before being pulped, then continue their transformation for eight days in water. The cool temperatures of this high-altitude farm naturally slow down biological reactions, promoting a cleaner aromatic expression, increased sweetness, and a particularly refined acidity.

The delicacy of the Chiroso variety

Considered one of Colombia's most sought-after varieties, Chiroso is renowned for its incredible elegance. It offers a floral, expressive cup with great aromatic transparency. Here, its natural qualities are magnified by a controlled fermentation that preserves its full complexity.

The opening evokes the fluffy sweetness of marshmallow. Lemongrass then brings a delicate herbaceous freshness, quickly followed by juicy, bright mandarin.
