Why choose Summer moon?
A story of family and rebirth:
A former miner, Arnulfo Caro traded the depths of the galleries for the verdant heights of his farm. Guided by the passion and support of his family - in particular his partner Martha, in charge of fermentation - he now cultivates an auteur coffee that is both humble and precise.
A patient, controlled process:
The double fermentation of natural sugars. This rhythm, favoured by altitude, amplation - four days in cherry, followed by eight days after pulping in water - enables a slow metamorphosis that deifies the sweetness of the bean while revealing clear, gourmet notes.
A taste full of contrasts:
The creamy texture of marshmallow meets the juicy brightness of mandarin orange. Maple syrup adds a sweet, almost nostalgic depth. A cup both smooth and lively, ideal for contemplative filter extractions.
An invitation to the light:
Lune d'été is much more than a coffee: it's a golden pause, an escapade between shadow and light, where each sip brings us closer to a suspended moment.
