For this limited-edition recipe, Allo Simonne teamed up with La Pimenterie, the benchmark for artisanal hot sauces in Quebec!

We took our buckwheat spread recipe and added a very special crumble: chipotle maple pomace, which La Pimenterie recovers after infusing its hot pepper syrup.

The result? A spread that plays with your taste buds: sweet, crunchy, smoky, a little spicy kick... all in sweetness, I promise! Vegan, gluten-free, no added oil, peanut-free.
