GUI SHAN - Oolong tea (60g)

Regular price $35.00

Spicy waves from the mountains of Guangxi

From the cultivar Qing Xin Da Mao, Gui Shan is an oolong with a lively, textured character, crafted in the tieguanyin style. Its leaves are rolled into a "crumpled fan", revealing a golden liquor when infused, interwoven with woody notes of sandalwood, a hint of white pepper and a sharp vivacity.

Born from the semi-wild tea bushes of the Long Kou farm, this batch is the fruit of the vision of Mingfu LeiA passionate producer who explores aromas like one explores a grand cru. Here, he composes a modern, floral interpretation of tieguanyin, with an emphasis on aromatic intensity and spicy depth.
