Suggested preparation

Whip powder
Sift 2 tsp hojicha into a bowl.
Add 60 ml hot water at 75°C and whip to a smooth, slightly frothy texture.
(For a more intense taste: 2.5 g to 28 g water - thick, creamy texture.) -
Frothing milk
Heat 2/3 cup milk until creamy and silky. -
Assemble and enjoy
Slowly pour the milk over the whipped hojicha.
Add a little honey or maple syrup if desired.
