Founded in 2017 in Sainte-Julie, on Montreal's South Shore, 94 Celcius was born from a simple belief: specialty coffee can be rigorous, accessible, and profoundly surprising all at once.
Since our beginnings, we have chosen to work with producers who push the boundaries of quality, fermentation, traceability, and innovation. This constant pursuit of excellence has allowed us to build lasting relationships with some of the most renowned producers in Colombia, Guatemala, Ethiopia, Bolivia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, and beyond.
