About us

94 Celcius is a specialty coffee roaster based in Sainte-Julie, in the greater Montreal area, since 2017.

Founded by Marc-Alexandre Emond-Boisjoly, the company selects traceable origin coffees and roasts them with an artisanal, technical, and visionary approach.

Our mission: to unleash the full potential of every coffee, from producer to cup. Delivery anywhere in Canada and internationally. Available in over 250 sales points.

Trusted by cafés and coffee lovers across Canada. In 2026, 94 Celcius ranked among Canada’s eight favorite coffee roasters and became the only Quebec roaster to reach the quarterfinals of the Reviews Coffee community tournament.
