London Fog Blend - Sim Sam Chai (200g)

Artisanally prepared in Sherbrooke by SimSam Chai, this powdered London Fog combines fragrant Earl Grey tea, vanilla, and freshly ground spices to create a sweet, floral, and comforting drink. Easy to prepare, it infuses perfectly with the milk of your choice, whether dairy or plant-based.

Each sachet makes approximately 20 London Fogs. Full instructions are on the back of the packaging.

Preparation

• Add 2 teaspoons (12 g) of the mix to 60 ml of boiling water.
• Steep for 1 minute, then strain using a sieve or tea filter.
• Add 260 ml of hot milk of your choice.
