For this exceptional coffee, we've selected two producers who have made their mark on us this year: Carmela Uduviri and Juana Gonzalez. Their collaboration gives rise to a deliciously sweet, round and comforting cup that will envelop you with every sip.

On the roasting side, we've chosen a medium-dark profile for this classic blend, while adding our own unique signature. With this profile, determined by our roaster, we achieve perfection by revealing just the right amount of modernity, with subtle orange aromas at the beginning of the mouth. A coffee that combines tradition and innovation, for a pleasure that's both authentic and refined.

Nous ne l’avions pas eu depuis presqu’une année et nous avons été très agréablement surpris! La qualité est là ! Subtil et abordable dans ses notes de cacao (surtout) idéal pour démarrer la journée (en espresso pour moi et allongé pour ma compagne)
