Tres Manos is the fruit of the collective work of three plots: Los Nacimientos, Los Pinos, and El Mirador. Grown at high altitudes, this coffee reflects the unique terroir of San Pedro Necta. The Mendez sisters, supported by their family, work together in a remarkable spirit of collaboration, sharing their resources and know-how.

Every step, from meticulous picking to fermentation (24-36 hours) and drying on patios (11-14 days), is carried out with care to deliver a cup of exceptional quality.
