Why choose: Colombia - Blueberry Crumble

From the first sips, the blueberry makes a brilliant appearance. Juicy and indulgent, it evokes the pies and crumbles that perfume the kitchen during summer.

The brown sugar then brings a warm sweetness that supports the profile without ever weighing it down. The berries extend the experience with a beautiful fruity complexity and a long, balanced finish.

Despite its playful character, the cup remains remarkably clean, demonstrating the mastery behind the fermentation process.

Why choose Blueberry Crumble?

The same producer behind our popular strawberry coffee

Bryan Alvear continues to push the boundaries of specialty coffee with unique and precise aromatic profiles.

His vision is based on a simple idea: to create memorable coffees that remain elegant and faithful to the quality of the bean.

Innovative fermentation

The coffee begins with a rigorous selection of the ripest cherries.

After a first controlled fermentation of 36 hours, the coffee enters a second phase using must from previous fermentations. A mother culture enriched with blueberry pulp is then integrated into the process, allowing the bean to absorb natural aromatic compounds that intensely evoke small berries.

The result is spectacular: a gourmet, vibrant, and remarkably balanced profile.

A farm looking to the future

Located in Huila, the Las Palmas farm spans over 30 hectares at an altitude of 1600 meters.

Brayan, a fourth-generation producer, combines family heritage and modern fermentation techniques to create distinctive coffees that attract the attention of enthusiasts worldwide.
