  Discover Nebulysse, our newest creation, which embodies the very essence of our commitment to quality, sustainability and innovation. Nebulysse is the fruit of our meticulous selections of the best coffees we've received from our growers over the last six months. Each time we receive a sample of green coffee, it weighs exactly 100g. We roast 80g for our tests, but always leave 20g of each sample.

  Rather than let these precious leftovers go to waste, we chose to transform them into a unique coffee experience. These 20g, which we could have thrown away, are now reunited to form Nebulysse, a bold and captivating blend.

  In every cup of Nebulysse, you'll discover a unique specialty coffee, a symphony of flavors where classic batches rub shoulders with experimental, sometimes crazy and always surprising batches. This blend even contains exceptional coffees, often too expensive to be marketed as such, but which bring their complexity and richness to the table.

  Nebulysse is much more than just a coffee; it's a project that's close to our hearts, and we hope you'll be as excited as we are to discover it.
