    Discover Aromèlis, our exceptional new coffee, straight from the heights of Ethiopia's Bombe mountains. 🌄 This coffee comes from the Keramo washing station, where over 1,500 small producers work with Daye Bensa.

    At a dizzying altitude of over 2,300 metres, Aromèlis coffee beans are exceptionally dense, offering complex, refined notes. The varieties grown, including JARC 74112 and other local varieties, are carefully fermented for between 36 and 72 hours, then dried on African beds for 12 to 15 days, preserving their incomparable quality.

    The world-renowned Keramo site has earned Daye Bensa prestigious awards at the Cup of Excellence in 2020, 2021 and 2022, consolidating its reputation as a producer of some of Ethiopia's finest coffees.

For espresso we recommend:
