Grown in theUjiThis matcha comes from shady tea bushes near Kyoto - the birthplace of Japan's finest green teas - giving it a marked sweetness, a round mouthfeel and a high concentration of antioxidants.

Its bright green hints at a full, silky experience, somewhere between herbaceous and sweet. Of superior quality, just below ceremonial grade, it is equally suited to a traditional preparation, a creamy latte or gourmet matcha recipes.
