At 94 Celcius, we are super excited to celebrate the 4th anniversary of our partner Saison des Pluies 🎉! This little café has won the hearts of the people of Villeray (and beyond 👀). Since their opening on September 18, 2020, Erika Lafleur and Antoine Lacroix-Vézina have truly created a perfect space for coffee lovers in Montreal, putting all their passion, quality and above all their good vibe into it!
A unique collaboration
Our partnership with Saison des Pluies was built around a shared vision: to offer high-quality specialty coffee. By carefully selecting our roasted beans, Erika and Antoine have been able to offer their customers an unparalleled coffee experience. Together, we created an exclusive blend with a base of Peruvian beans and an addition from Colombia. The Peruvian coffee brings its natural sweetness, while the Colombian coffee adds a beautiful fruity touch. This expressive blend is roasted a little longer than our other creations, which gives it a beautiful balance between the finesse of specialty coffee and the intensity of Italian coffee.
An inspired and local menu
Saison des Pluies doesn’t just serve coffee. They also strive to offer a menu that reflects their commitment to local products. With homemade scones, gourmet sandwiches and fresh salads, they showcase local producers while delighting their customers with authentic flavours. For us, it’s always a pleasure to see our coffee paired with such delicious food.
A gathering place
Their most recent project, Haute Saison , once again demonstrates their desire to build connections within the community. This private event space was designed to host moments of sharing and conviviality, exactly as we like them at 94 Celcius. They want to offer a welcoming place where people can gather around a good table.
