Recipes

To prepare an optimum espresso, we suggest the following procedure: Use 20 grams of coffee in the filter holder to obtain 40 grams of liquid coffee in 30 seconds. This is equivalent to a ratio of 2.00.

Was not my kind of coffee

Was not my kind of coffee. Very weak and no much taste. The notes of chocolate and fruits were absent. Tried on espresso, flat white and cortado but simply didn’t work.

Fruité et décadent

On l'a bu en espresso à la maison avec notre Breville et on a adoré. Le café est fruité et nous rappelle les baies sauvages avec une petite touche chocolaté. C'est plaisant, on recommande !

Personnellement je n'aime pas le goût de ce café particulièrement à cause du carolina ramirez miel noir qui donne un goût de "réglisse noir". Grain bien torréfié et qualité du café est exceptionnelle.
