Since 2024, we have been working with SNAP Coffee, our visionary partner in Ethiopia, the original cradle of Arabica. Through their 7 washing stations, SNAP brings together committed producers and trains over 6,000 farmers every year in sustainable agriculture, nursery management and climate-resilient practices.
A precise process, between tradition and innovation
After a dry fermentation lasting 2 to 3 days, the coffee is carefully dried on African beds for almost two weeks. This honeyed process, halfway between natural and washed, gives this batch exceptional aromatic richness.
