Artisanally prepared in Sherbrooke by Sim Sam Chai, this powdered chai is made from freshly ground spices to offer a rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced infusion. Its generously spiced profile pairs well with both cow's milk and plant-based beverages, for a comforting chai latte in minutes.
Each sachet makes approximately 20 cups. Full instructions can be found on the back of the packaging.
Preparation
Add 2 teaspoons (12 g) of the mix to 60 ml of boiling water.
Stir in 260 ml of your choice of hot milk.
Allow the spices to settle at the bottom of the cup, then filter if necessary using a sieve or tea strainer.
Ingredients
Cane sugar, black tea, ginger, cinnamon, clove, fennel, cardamom, black pepper, and nutmeg.
Delivery between 2 and 4 working days. Pick-up available at our roasting plant. Order ready in 24 hours.
