Founded in 2017 by Marc-Alexandre Emond-Boisjoly and based in Sainte-Julie, in the greater Montreal area, 94 Celcius is an independent specialty coffee roaster. Each bag is roasted in small batches in Quebec, using single-origin beans selected for their traceability and aromatic expression.
Our approach is artisanal, technical, and committed: we work directly with producers worldwide to highlight their expertise. Our motto, #NeverBitterAlwaysRight, summarizes our philosophy: coffee that's just right for you, just right for the producers, just right for the planet.

Each batch undergoes rigorous tasting tests according to specialty coffee standards. No coffee leaves our roaster without having passed our internal evaluation protocol.
4. Freshly packed, quickly shipped
Your coffees are packaged in airtight bags with a one-way valve, shipped within days of roasting for maximum freshness.
