You have been waiting for it! Here it is an Ethiopian washed from the Guji region. Guracho is the name of the washing station of Kedir Hassen where several small producers around the station come to deposit their coffee cherries to be fermented and transformed. This year for our Ethiopian we opted for a coffee that has a lot of body and is wonderful both in espresso and filter coffee.

We find the classic notes of black tea, jasmine and with a nice fine acidity that reminds us of lemongrass. In espresso, it is delicious and the chocolate milk side comes out very well.

The coffee comes from the Guracho washing station which over the last few years with the help of Kedir Hassen has taken a turn by improving the majority of its facilities. This year, we finally see the fruit of his work with a more complex coffee that we are used to from this washing station in Guji.
