It is with great pride that we unveil the latest creation from the El Vergel team: a Natural Decaffeinated. This exceptional coffee is one of three wonders we had the privilege of presenting in Chicago at the SCA expo, in collaboration with our dear friends at El Vergel.

El Vergel - Natural Decaffeinated

The decaffeinated coffee we've selected comes from our Colombian partners, Elias and Shady Bayter. It's a blend of red and yellow caturra, processed with an innovative sugarcane-based decaffeination method using a natural process coffee. This decaffeinated coffee reveals exquisite notes of passion fruit, coconut, strawberry and a subtle touch of orange. Its complex taste will surprise even the most discerning coffee connoisseur, making it almost impossible to guess that this is a decaffeinated coffee.


For espresso we recommend:

18 grams of coffee in the filter holder for 35 grams of liquid coffee in 25 seconds.
