We are delighted to present our new coffee from Mexico, the Obata variety. This rare and delicious variety is grown by Alejandro Martinez, a passionate and experienced producer.
Obata is a hybrid variety created by the Agronomic Research Center of the State of São Paulo, Brazil. It is the result of crossing two popular varieties, Timor and Villa Sarchi. This unique combination results in a coffee with a balanced cup, with notes of grape, cookie and hazelnut. Not to mention that the variety is resistant to disease.
The producer of this exceptional coffee, Alejandro Martinez, is a true expert in the field. He has worked in the coffee industry for over 20 years and has earned a solid reputation for his hard work and commitment to quality. He is also very involved in the local community and actively supports sustainable development programs to help preserve the natural environment of the region.
We're confident you'll love the comforting, complex taste and the story and commitment of the producer behind each cup.
